Which layer of the atmosphere do humans breath? is it the troposphere?

Yes it is. The troposphere is where most of the Earth's oxygen is found too.Which layer of the atmosphere do humans breath? is it the troposphere?
Yes, the troposphere. Tropo means ';turning'; in Greek, and that is because it is the part of our atmosphere where the air ';turns'; because it goes up when it is warm, and down, when it is cold. That is because the so-called adiabatic lapse rate (how colder it gets with altitude) is about 3 F per 1,000 feet.

Above that, at between 30,000 to 50,000 ft, is the stratosphere. ';Strato'; means layer in Greek. There, the air temperature doesn't sink and rather goes up with altitude. because of that, nothing is rising anymore and the air is stable, in ';layers.';
