What's the difference between LONG and SHORT Choppy Layers?

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, and before I decide on what I want. I need to know the difference is between LONG and SHORT choppy layers.What's the difference between LONG and SHORT Choppy Layers?
Short layers means that the layers are cut much shorter than your usual hair length. Long layers means that the layers are not too short(as in just a little shorter than your usal hair length)What's the difference between LONG and SHORT Choppy Layers?
well long is keeping some length on the hair and short is chopping most of the hair off and having it short lol short choppy layers allows u to make more styles with your hair though and gives good texture
