It won't. The problem--ozone depletion by chemicals called CFCs--has been solved for some years--by prohibiting the use of these chemicals.
It does take decades for the CFCs already in the atmosphere to break down, so we still have ozone depletion. But the ozone layer is beginning to recover already--though complete recovery will take a few more decades.When will the ozone layer be permanently be destroyed?

no but i doubt we'd allow for the ozone layer to be completely destroyed. we're making more holes in the ozone, but never will completely destroy it
